Kelly Dodd Denies She Was Fired From RHOC Amid Rumors, Reveals When Filming is Set to Resume on Season 15

Kelly Dodd is speaking out against rumors claiming she’s been fired ahead of the upcoming 15th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

While Kelly has certainly caused a stir in recent weeks due to the controversial comments she’s made about the coronavirus pandemic, and her behavior amid the crisis, she confirmed to a fan on Instagram on Monday night that she has not been axed by Bravo while also sharing when filming is expected to resume on the new episodes.

“Beautiful pic.. I hope you aren’t fired you ARE the show Queen,” a fan wrote to Kelly after the reality star posted a photo of herself and her daughter enjoying some fun in the sun in Florida.

In response, Kelly said, “I’m not fired .. why is this being said .. if I was I would say I was fired .. thank you for your lovely support.”

Not only is Kelly still on the show, she and her co-stars are preparing to begin filming next month after being shut down in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.

With another post on Twitter, Kelly told her fans and followers that she was spending time with her fiancé, Rick Leventhal, and looking forward to reuniting with her cast mates.

“Having a great time with my loves in Florida!! [Rick Leventhal] looking forward to getting back to filming next month,” Kelly tweeted, along with the RHOC hashtag.

Kelly also spoke about the start of filming on Instagram after being questioned by a fan.

“When do you start back filming?” the woman asked.

“Sometime in July,” Kelly replied.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 15 first started filming in February, just weeks after Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge confirmed they would not be included in the new episodes.
