Lala Kent and Randall Emmett confirmed the gender of their baby over the weekend with an over-the-top reveal.

With their friends, family, and Vanderpump Rules castmates at their side, Lala and her movie producer fiancé learned their first child will be a girl just weeks after first confirming her pregnancy on their podcast.

“We are having a baby girl!” Lala announced on Instagram along with a video of a skydiver gliding to the ground with a pink parachute and pink ribbon.

At the same time, Randall posted a photo on his Instagram page that featured him, Lala, and their skydiver, who was wearing an “It’s a Girl” T-shirt, talking to his youngest daughter, Rylee, who he shares with ex-wife Ambyr Childers.

“Magical moment, it’s a girl!!” Randall captioned the image.

After learning she was having a girl, Lala was seen in tears as she spoke to Stassi Schroeder, her former Pump Rules co-star. Stassi announced that she is expecting her first child, a baby girl, with fiancé Beau Clark, in June.

“I hope they do better at life than us!” Lala exclaimed of her and Stassi’s children.

Prior to the gender reveal, Lala and Randall spoke to their Pump Rules castmate, Brittany Cartwright, about what they thought they would be having. Lala told Brittany she believed her first child would be a boy and Randall said it was a girl “for sure.”

After Lala and Randall confirmed their baby news, Lala revealed the two of them would be hosting a gender reveal party.

“I don’t know how these people are like, ‘I’m not going to find out until it’s born.’ I would lose my mind. I have to find out,” Lala explained.

She then said she would like to have a boy.

“I’ve always pictured myself having a boy first. I feel like I have two girls already. I get to do the girly thing. We need more male energy in the house. I need a boy. I need some trucks [and] a football,” she shared.

Lala is due in April 2021.
