RHOBH's Erika Jayne is in "Disbelief" Over Husband Thomas Girardi's Cheating and the Many Lawsuits Filed Against Him, Has Been "Very Up and Down" Amid the Emotional Rollercoaster of Her Divorce

Erika Jayne is said to be in complete “disbelief” after exposing her husband Thomas Girardi‘s affair with Tricia A. Bigelow.

Following a posted and deleted screenshot on Instagram, which included text messages sent between Thomas and Tricia, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is struggling to accept that Thomas was unfaithful while also being faced with the news of lawsuit after lawsuit against her husband.

“She’s still in disbelief that Tom would cheat. She’s also in disbelief with all these lawsuits that are coming that no one was aware of. The legal issues are unfolding one after another and she’s learning as everyone’s filing. As the whole world is finding out about it, she’s finding out about it. She’s reading about it in the press before she even sees it [from her lawyers],” a source told Us Weekly on December 29.

According to the report, Erika has been on an emotional rollercoaster since filing for divorce from Thomas in early November.

She’s been “very up and down” since the split, the insider explained.

As fans of RHOBH may have seen, Erika exposed Thomas’ alleged affair with Tricia earlier this month and was promptly met with claims of “harassment” from Tricia’s attorney, Alan Jackson.

In a statement to the Los Angeles Times, the attorney said Erika’s “actions in maliciously doxxing the Justice were nothing short of criminal.”

“We are considering our options to protect Justice Bigelow from further harassment,” he added.

As Erika faces an uphill battle amid a $2 million embezzlement case against her and her estranged husband, which accuses the couple of stealing money from families of plane crash victims, her attorney, Matt Wasserman, has questioned her role in the case.

Meanwhile, other sources have told the outlet that Erika felt “betrayed” by Thomas after learning of the allegations against them.

“Erika was completely unaware of the very serious allegations that were being made against Tom in court. Tom always handled all the finances and that was how they handled things. She is just reeling from all of this but, make no mistake, Erika is a tough cookie and she isn’t stupid. She will get through this,” a source stated.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 will air on Bravo sometime next year.
