Jen Shah seems to be pulling an Erika Jayne.

As the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star faces charges of money laundering and wire fraud, she appears to be unbothered by the 30 years she’s facing and continues to share images of herself in full glam, as well as posts regarding the “Free Jen” campaign on Instagram.

In one post shared on April 2, after she was accused of receiving $5 million in crime proceeds during her latest hearing, Jen was seen showing off her newly done hair as a Cardi B song played in the background.

In a second post, she was seen “chilling” on a couch.

Jen also re-posted a couple of Instagram Stories that promoted the “Free Jen” campaign.

“Thank you for being loyal, believing in me and not believing the hype. This journey has showed me who my true friends are. All my love,” she wrote in the caption of one post, along with a red heart emoji.

As for how Jen ended up on RHOSLC, despite her alleged telemarketing scheme, multiple sources confirmed that her record came up clean when Bravo hired a third party to conduct background checks on the ladies of the show.

“Even in the best background checks, [the alleged scheme] is not going to come up — if there was a history of or current illegal activity, then that would be uncovered,” a source close to production told Page Six on April 2. “Since this investigation and arrest only happened this week, there would be no prior red flags that would have shown up. Bravo is not the FBI.”

According to the report, Jen had nothing on her record, except for a traffic citation over 20 years ago. And, when it came to her wealth, she claimed that came from the success of her three businesses, including her couture dress line, JXA Fashion, her monthly subscription eyelash line, Shah Lashes, and her skincare brand, Shah Beauty.

In a statement to Page Six this week, Jen’s attorney said she “maintains her innocence.”

“Jennifer Shah is a wife, mother, and lifelong resident of the Salt Lake City area. She maintains her innocence of these charges, and is eager to defend herself in a court of law,” the attorney said. “She puts her faith in the American legal system. Because of the ongoing legal proceedings, we ask that you respect her privacy, and understand she will not provide any further comments.”

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season two is currently in production.
