Footage from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is being used as “evidence” against Thomas Girardi.
As class action law firm Edelson PC attempts to go after Erika Jayne on behalf of the orphans and widows of plane crash victims she and Thomas are accused of embezzling $2 million from, attorney Ronald Richards has uncovered what he believes to be proof of Thomas’ cognitive ability.
“This evidence was processed today,” Ronald declared on October 4. “S9E14 at 11:18. ‘[Culmination] of decade’ ‘Putting the show on, it’s an expensive project’ ‘I want Tom to see where *** and money have gone’ ‘That your partner is your biggest cheerleader.'”
According to Ronald, the episode in question aired on May 14, 2019, and it featured “no cognitive decline by Tom.”

“Also, we are never going to stop updating the pub/followers on facts & evidence. It is just too important. No need to troll our feed telling us we can’t inform YOU. Trolls are fans too, we get that as well. We started #girardfraud hashtag and won’t rest until the story is done,” Ronald added.
While Thomas wasn’t diagnosed with dementia until February of this year, the crimes he’s accused of committing against his former clients date back many years. And, because Erika allegedly benefitted from the money he is accused of stealing from them, she was hit with a $25 million lawsuit over the summer.
Now, months later, she could be hit with yet another case as Edelson PC moves to be removed from Thomas’ bankruptcy proceedings and allowed to pursue Erika for the $2 million owed to the Boeing crash victims.
“Breaking: Edelson PC surprisingly moves for relief from stay in the bankruptcy court to pursue Erika Girardi directly in the Northern District of Illinois for the Boeing jet crash cases. We will comment further after we reach out,” Ronald revealed in a tweet on Monday night.

Then, in a separate tweet, Ronald said that Edelson PC’s recent legal moves are “more reason” for Erika to come to a settlement with Thomas’ victims.
“We obviously do not want a dog pile on [Erika Jayne]. This is more reason to settle,” he shared. “The theory of the Edelson relief is if EJ received embezzled funds they are not property of the estate but the Boeing clients.”
He also hinted that may not be the case, saying, “This is just a theory from someone who doesn’t have the accounting.”
