Erika Jayne‘s legal drama will reportedly continue when cameras start rolling on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 (if they haven’t already).

After an 11th season jam-packed with allegations and questions about what Erika knew of her now-estranged husband Thomas Girardi‘s many alleged crimes against clients, including orphans and widows of plane crash victims, a report claims producers are planning to take advantage of the juicy storyline by starting production on the new episodes sooner than usual.

On October 8, production sources spoke to TMZ. They said that they simply can’t get enough of the ongoing drama surrounding Erika’s legal drama, and they feel that they need to begin production sooner rather than later to avoid missing any key happenings in the many cases against her. In fact, they’re getting cameras ready several months earlier than normal.

While cameras were recently spotted at the birthday party of Kyle Richards‘ daughter, Portia Umansky, where several RHOBH cast members were seen as guests, TMZ’s insiders said filming will begin rolling next week with certain ladies of the show.

Over the past several months, Erika has been fighting back against a $25 million lawsuit filed against her by the trustee presiding over Thomas’ bankruptcy case, who claims she fraudulently received transfers from Thomas’ now-defunct law firm. According to reports, the money allegedly given to Erika was believed to be settlement funds meant for clients.

While a cast announcement regarding RHOBH season 12 likely won’t be made for several months, Erika, Kyle, Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and Crystal Kung-Minkoff are all expected to return, as is series “friend” Kathy Hilton, who recently confirmed interest on The Kelly Clarkson Show.

“Well we first have to see if I’m invited back,” she explained. “About two weeks after the reunion, we find out if we’re invited back. I mean, I would love to. I had really a lot of fun.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion begins airing on Bravo next Wednesday, October 13, at 8/7c.
