Jennifer Aydin took aim at Margaret Josephs on Instagram after the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
After Margaret caused a stir on the premiere episode by revealing news of Bill Aydin‘s past affair, Jennifer shared a throwback clip of Margaret shaming Kim DePaola for hurting Teresa Giudice‘s family by suggesting, years ago, that both Teresa and her now-ex-husband, Joe Giudice, had cheated.
“Hypocrite: Noun: A person who claims or pretends to have certain beliefs about what is right but who behaves in a way that disagrees with those beliefs,” Jennifer wrote in the caption of the clip, which was filmed at the RHONJ season eight reunion.
In the scene, Margaret was seen saying, “I don’t know [Kim DePaola]. I’ve never had anything to do with her. But when she said something like, ‘Joe is cheating on Teresa, Teresa is cheating on Joe,’ that just doesn’t hurt Teresa. That hurts Teresa’s entire family.”
Jennifer also spoke of the matter in the comments section of her post after being confronted by an RHONJ viewer who suggested she had done the exact same thing to Margaret when she commented on her marriage to Joe Benigno, who she began dating while still married to former husband Jan Josephs.
“But how bout when you did it to her ALL LAST SEASON!?! Did she not have a family & kids YOU were hurting with your words? The only reason she did what she did to you, is cuz you constantly did it to her!” the viewer had written.
“This is a false narrative. It’s to justify her actions,” Jennifer replied. “How come there are no examples/flashbacks from my second or third season on how I ‘chastised’ her about her cheating? Because there isn’t any.”
According to Jennifer, she believes Margaret and Joe have a “great relationship.”
“Everything I said to her was from my first season. And I only called her ‘sl-tty’ as a play on words to her calling me sloppy,” she explained. “Go back and look at all the tweets that were happening after the last years reunion aired, all the clips and memes. (It would’ve pissed me off too) And you’ll see why she was really mad at me and she wanted to get me back.”
