Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz‘s divorce is reportedly heating up amid the 10th season of Vanderpump Rules.
Although both parties have insisted that they are doing an amazing job remaining on good terms with one another, they were recently caught on camera having a tense moment. And according to a new report, it was one of many filmed for the new season.
On August 1, TMZ revealed that Katie and Schwartz have engaged in multiple one-on-one scenes over the past month, one of which was reportedly prompted by an interaction Schwartz had with another woman.
As the outlet explained, Katie and Schwartz were seen at odds with one another at the soft opening party of Schwartz and Sandy’s new bar in July. The estranged couple was seen sitting at a table together, and emotions were said to have been “running super hot.” Then, last week, cameras were rolling when Katie confronted Schwartz for allegedly flirting with someone else.
In the end, Katie bolted from her soon-to-be-ex-husband’s new venue.
As Schwartz suffers personally, he’s doing amazing professionally as he and Sandoval prepare to open their new bar to the public later this month following the soft opening last month, which was attended by the Pump Rules cast.
And while fans will have to wait at least a couple more weeks before they can visit the venue themselves, Sandoval recently gave his fans and followers on TikTok a sneak peek at the stunning decor.

In addition to several decorative mirrors being seen on the wall, Schwartz & Sandy’s also boasts printed wallpapers and tons of hanging plants.
Schwartz and Sandoval paid major attention to detail throughout their bar, draping their place with different textures, fun lighting, and unique items.
Different seating options are available, including boots, metal chairs, and loungers.
Even the bathroom has a psychedelic vibe with modern features and neon lighting.
Vanderpump Rules season 10 is expected to begin airing on Bravo later this year or early next year.
