Southern Charm's Olivia Flowers Talks Off-Camera Convo With Taylor, If They’re In Touch & Claims of Going Easier on Austen, Plus How Long She’s Been Dating Boyfriend and If He'll Join Show

Olivia Flowers is opening up about a conversation she had with Taylor Ann Green that was not seen on the show.

While discussing the many lies told to her by Taylor, 28, the Southern Charm star, 31, also reacted to claims of going easier on Austen Kroll, 36, after their kiss, revealed if she and Taylor are currently speaking, and dished on how long she’s been with her boyfriend.

“There’s conversations that didn’t, you know, didn’t make the edit,” Olivia explained on the December 19 episode of Not Skinny But Not Fat. “Like of us at the ski lodge, we have a whole other conversation there like, we had talked several times on camera, and she had lied to my face several times, so it was not just one conversation and then I’m choosing not to believe her like it was several.”

“I was also talking to her off camera being like, ‘Dude, stuff’s not adding up and you just got to be honest with me. It’s going to be hard, it’s going to be awkward and weird but like, it’s going to get so much worse if you’re not,’” she continued.

Although Olivia has been accused of going easier on Austen than Taylor, she feels she did so in response to Austen’s handling of the moments following his kiss with Taylor.

“The viewers [are saying that] and rightfully so. I can understand why it seems like I’m giving one a pass … [But] Austen reached out, like, came through at a time where I was very vulnerable and I had already started pulling away from Taylor because we had had all these conversations where things weren’t adding up,” she recalled.

According to Olivia, who found solace with Austen after the sudden death of her brother, Connor Flowers, Austen provided her with what she needed during that heartbreaking time.

“It was just like the timing of it all and I just was looking for comfort, and that was Austen. And I just didn’t want to keep trying with Taylor cause I felt like I was kinda the only one trying. And Austen just swooped in at the right time, and he was really there for me,” she noted. “We had like trauma bonding if you want to call it that so I leaned into that.”

While Olivia and Austen have been seen spending time together since filming wrapped on Southern Charm season nine, Olivia said she’s given up on trying to repair her friendship with Taylor.

“We haven’t talked really since filming,” she confirmed. “Our moms are still friends. And her mom will send me like very sweet messages but Taylor and I, no, we don’t talk.”

Moving on to her boyfriend, Olivia revealed they’ve actually been dating for several months.

“It’s been 7 months. I didn’t really like, talk about him much. I wanted to see how it went first,” she explained of waiting to go public until last month.

As for whether he’d ever join the Southern Charm cast, Olivia admitted she was unsure.

“I don’t know. We haven’t talked about it yet,” she shared. “He’s just very much like, do what you need to do kind of guy. Like, he doesn’t seem like he would seem interested in being on but he’s very supportive and I think if there was a time where it would work for him to come on, he probably would.”

Southern Charm season nine airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
