Jesse Solomon called out West Wilson on Tuesday’s Watch What Happens Live for hooking up with their friend Kyle Cooke‘s estranged wife, Amanda Batula, just weeks into their separation after getting upset at him for pursuing Ciara Miller years after their short-lived romance.
As he also revealed if he thought West, 31, and Amanda, 34, began hooking up last summer amid Summer House season 10, confirmed when he learned of their romance, and shared when he started getting suspicious, Jesse, 32, explained his “receipts,” reacted to claims of West dating multiple women, and reflected on West getting upset about his pursuit of Ciara, 30.
“It was frustrating a little bit that West would call me out for trying to pursue somebody he dated two years ago, and now he’s hooking up with our friend’s wife,” Jesse admitted on the April 21 episode of the WWHL: After Show.
Meanwhile, on the live broadcast of WWHL, Jesse said he “[hoped]” West and Amanda’s relationship didn’t begin last summer.
“It’s easy to look back now, and hindsight’s 20/20, but I don’t think that they were,” he shared.
According to Jesse, he learned about the romance with the rest of the world.
“I had my suspicions, but I did not know until they made their joint statement. They both denied it to my face multiple times,” he revealed.
As for his communication with the couple following the reveal, Jesse confirmed that Amanda texted him, saying, “I’m sorry that I lied to you,” and he said he’s not yet gotten an apology from West.
“The trust is, like, a little broken,” he noted.
While West and Amanda didn’t share the news of their relationship until late March, Jesse began to wonder if something was happening between them in late February.
“There was a lot of just like flirting. The boys went to brunch one day, and West went to brunch with Amanda after and didn’t tell us he was going to brunch with her and Kyle, and I ran into them at a bar … [I think in] March,” he recalled. “And West and Amanda went to dinner without me in Miami when we were all there at the same time, and originally, I was just like, offended, but then, it made sense later … That was late Feb.”
When asked about the receipts he said he had that proved he did not know in advance, Jesse explained that they were text messages.
“Just like, Amanda apologizing and saying like, ‘I’m sorry that we sat for two hours and [I] lied about the whole situation,'” he revealed.
Jesse then addressed the rumors about West dating numerous women in recent months.
“The rumors have been proven true, but hopefully not all of them are true, for West’s sake,” he reasoned.
