Lindsay Hubbard addressed rumors claiming West Wilson and Amanda Batula are filming for In the City season two at the Page Six Virtual Reali-Tea Awards on Tuesday night.

After it was alleged that West, 31, and Amanda, 35, who went public with their controversial romance after Summer House season 10, would be part of the Bravo spinoff’s impending season, Lindsay, 40, weighed in on the idea.

“To my knowledge, cameras have not been filming. And I think I would know,” she told Page Six at the October 6 event.

Then, after she was asked if the reports about West and Amanda filming were just the “rumor mill” talking, Lindsay confirmed, “Yeah.”

At the end of summer, as filming neared its end on the upcoming 11th season of Summer House, an insider revealed that season two of In The City was up in the air due to a cast divide.

“There is still some tension surrounding West,” an insider told Us Weekly at the time. “If Amanda returns for a second season of the show, the cast would not be particularly welcoming toward him. They aren’t friends with him in real life. They don’t like him because of what happened with [him and Ciara Miller]. They are friends with Ciara and [Kyle Cooke] and have loyalty to them … [and] have no interest in befriending him, even for Amanda.”

As fans well know, Amanda and West went public with their relationship just two months after Amanda and Kyle confirmed they had split, and amid West’s alleged efforts to smooth things over with former flame Ciara.

While Amanda starred in a full-time role on In the City season one, the source went on to suggest that there was a possibility that she would not be asked back for season two.

“Amanda may not be on the show next season, and Bravo may want her to take a break for a bit,” the insider shared. “No one in the cast is still really speaking to them.”

Bravo executive Josh Brown also spoke out about season two, telling The Hollywood Reporter that it was “too early to talk about” whether or not Amanda would return.

“Anything’s always possible, but there’s no plans for anything at this time about anything … We’re getting our heads around where we go from here, so it’s too early to talk about casting for season 2,” he explained. “We are so appreciative of everything she’s done so far, and we really care about her, but it’s just too early to be having any talks like that. It’s premature.”
