Dorit Kemsley‘s estranged husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, has submitted his witness list as they continue to battle over custody and support amid their messy divorce.

As their back-and-forth rages on two and a half years after their split, PK, 59, is set to call the 50-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s personal assistant and their children’s longtime nanny to the stand, where they will answer questions about Dorit and the kids.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ on October 28, PK will testify on his own behalf before hitting Dorit with questions and moving on to other staffers.

As the outlet explained, PK wants to question Dorit’s personal assistant about the interaction Dorit has with their children, including son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10, and what the assistant has witnessed from the kids themselves. He will then call on the nanny, who will answer questions about Dorit’s behavior and the interactions between the kids.

As RHOBH fans may have heard, Dorit and PK, who split in May 2024, have been feuding over money since Dorit filed for divorce in April 2025, with PK accusing Dorit of out-of-control spending on luxury items and travel, and of ignoring their bills, including their mortgage. Meanwhile, Dorit has accused PK of vowing to pay the bills for their home before suddenly stopping.

Weeks ago, in court documents of her own, Dorit said “[PK] controlled the family finances,” and refused to answer questions about their financial status, which led her to quit questioning him and put trust in his decision-making.

PK “treated those requests as distrust,” she explained.

In other court documents, PK actually requested support from Dorit, claiming she was making more than he was. As noted by TMZ in September, PK’s accountant felt Dorit should be paying PK $581 per month in child support, even though he was bringing in $107,943 each month. At the same time, attorney Ronald Richards revealed that Dorit was making around $166,000 each month.

As for Dorit, she requested that PK pay her $40,000 per month in support.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 16 is currently in production.
