RHOBH Dorit Kemsley Having Marriage Issues Amid Financial Troubles

Dorit Kemsley and Paul “PK” Kemsley are reportedly having marital issues amid their mounting financial troubles as they continue to struggle to sell their Beverly Hills home.

According to a new report, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been spending heavily and her husband PK is allegedly struggling to put a stop to her indulgences.

“[Dorit] acts like she’s on the same level as Gwyneth Paltrow or Jennifer Lopez,” an insider told Life & Style magazine in their latest print issue. “She’s hired a glam squad she can’t afford and is dropping a fortune on designer clothes.”

The insider said that because of Dorit’s spending habits, she and PK have been arguing over money.

“He finds it hard to say no to Dorit’s demands but the whole money situation is causing tension between them,” the source explained.

In 2017, Dorit and PK listed their Beverly Hills home for $12.75 but opted for a $4 million price cut in 2018. Now, just three months later, the home is sitting on the market with a price tag of just $7.995 million.

As Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans may have heard, it was recently learned that Dorit and Kemsley aren’t the actual owners of their mansion. Instead, nightclub tycoon Sam Nazarian was reportedly the one who bought the home through a trust in September 2016 for $6.5 million, with PK later making an investment into the home.

Dorit and PK have been dealing with reported financial troubles in recent years, starting with PK’s 2009 bankruptcy filing. As reported, PK was sued by the Bellagio casino which resulted in a judge ruling that his wages can be garnished over a $2 million gambling debt.

And just last month, a man filed court documents in California to register a judgment there over a $1.2 million unpaid loan to PK. He made this move in hopes of being able to begin the process of seizing PK’s assets to cover the money owed.

Even more, Dorit is also being sued for $200,000 by a former business partner over accusations she allegedly stiffed him out of profits when it comes to her swimwear line.

And despite the mounting evidence of a possible financial hardship, PK is seemingly denying any such thing with a post on Instagram last week.

“Reports of my Family’s downfall have been greatly exaggerated …. please see an image of the shoes I’ve just got Dorit,” he wrote.

Dorit and PK attempted to sell their home on an episode of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles earlier this month but had no luck and after being robbed following an open house, they briefly took the house off the market, before relisting it again.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season nine premieres Tuesday, February 12 at 9 p.m. on Bravo TV.
