Teddi Mellencamp is reacting to Lisa Vanderpump‘s scenes being cut from this season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
While attending iHeartRadio’s Wango Tango event last Saturday, June 1, Teddi first shared her thoughts on Lisa attending the reunion before addressing news of Lisa’s scenes being cut from the show and her feelings about a season 10 return.
“I hope she does whatever it is she wants to do. I think I want whatever makes her feel best,” Teddi told Hollywood Life. “My gut says yes. I feel like she will… When your gut, your intuition tells you something, I just feel like she’s going to come.”
Teddi gave her interview before Lisa made the shocking announcement on Tuesday that she is planning to quit the RHOBH and would be skipping the reunion.
According to Teddi, she hasn’t seen Lisa since September 8, 2018, when she attended the wedding of Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers in Malibu, California, and believes Denise is the only person Lisa is still speaking to.
As fans may have seen, Lisa revealed on Twitter last month that producers had “cut out all [her] scenes” from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ ninth season and that she would likely be seen only on the finale episode, which was filmed at her new restaurant at Caesar’s Palace, the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden.
“I think none of us know what’s going to make it off the cutting room floor. We film a lot and a lot’s not shown as it’s only an hour long show so we can all say the same things,” Teddi said in response to Lisa’s cut scenes.
“There are a lot of things that I’ve filmed that have never seen the light of day, so it is what it is,” she added.
As for her potential return for season 10, Teddi admits there is uncertainty amid some unconfirmed rumors which recently stated that her job and Lisa Rinna‘s were on the line.
“We have to play it by ear. You never know until the time comes. It is what it is,” she explained. “There’s been some great things and there’s been some hard times. I’ve made some great relationships. I’ve learned a lot and things are going great with my family and my business and I’m healthy. I really don’t have any complaints.”
In more RHOBH news, Us Weekly is sharing more details about what went down at the reunion this week. Sources tell the site that Camille Grammer had a major breakdown during filming.
“At one point, Camille ended up walking off the stage and had a full breakdown,” an insider shared, adding that Camille also “got into it” with Denise.
An earlier report from the outlet stated that Camille was in the “hot seat,” as her castmates “were taking her to task.”
Following the reunion taping, Camille took to Twitter to reveal that she regretted attending it and described it as a “nightmare.”
Bravo has yet to announce when the reunion will air.
