Porsha Williams and Dennis McKinley have called it quits.
Just days after the Real Housewives of Atlanta star suggested she was still planning to get married in 2019, despite rumors of infidelity, Porsha unfollowed her fiancé on Instagram for a second time. A family member confirmed the end of her controversial relationship.
“There is a tiny, tiny, tiny chance they would get back together,” the relative told Us Weekly. “[But] likely no.”
A separate report from the Hollywood Life is also confirming the break-up. A source told the outlet that Dennis isn’t doing much to save his relationship with Porsha.
“Production was notified that they suddenly needed to film a few days ago for Porsha and it was having to do with her issues with Dennis,” the source revealed. “Dennis isn’t really fighting for her, either. Her family hasn’t been the biggest fan of Dennis, but they’ve been supporting Porsha as she really wanted to make this work.”
Porsha and Dennis embarked on a whirlwind romance in June 2018. In the months that followed, Porsha announced her pregnancy and her engagement before welcoming her first child, daughter Pilar Jhena, in March.
Just two months later, Porsha sparked rumors of an impending split when she unfollowed her fiancé amid allegations of an affair with WAGS Atlanta star Sincerely Ward. Then, after Dennis denied the cheating claims with a statement to E! News, she re-followed him.
“These false and slanderous allegations against me are made solely to damage my reputation, jeopardize my ongoing businesses, and negatively impact my family,” Dennis said at the time. “I am currently taking legal action.”
Prior to Porsha and Dennis’ split, she attended the American Black Film Festival in Miami, where she suggested she was dedicated to working things out with Dennis, despite their “ups and downs.”
“[Dennis] will always be my daughter’s father and I will absolutely love him forever. We absolutely go through our ups and downs together. And I still thank God for the blessing I claimed a year ago,” Porsha explained. “There are still be things in any of us that aren’t perfect, that we have to deal with as a family. But overall I am still thankful to God and I know he is holding both of our hands as long as we stay in prayer.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta will return to Bravo TV later this year for season 12.
