Camille Grammer and Brandi Glanville offered their condolences to Lisa Vanderpump on Twitter after learning of the recent passing of her mother, Jean Vanderpump.
As the rest of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast remained silent after becoming estranged from Lisa Vanderpump last year amid filming on Season 9, Camille shared a heartfelt statement about her former co-star‘s loss.
“My heart goes out to [Lisa Vanderpump] and her family,” she wrote. “Too much loss in one year. Heartbreaking. My deepest condolences to Lisa and her family.”

As fans of the RHOBH well know, the death of Lisa’s mom came just over one year after she tragically lost her older brother, Mark Vanderpump, to suicide.
Days prior to her mother’s passing, Lisa spoke to Us Weekly about the challenging moments she faced after her brother’s passing. She admitted that her emotional state impacted her decision to leave the show.
“I started on antidepressants after my brother passed, and grief counseling. After such a depressing year, I worry about the toll it might take. That’s one of the reasons I wanted to step away,” she explained.
In addition to Camille’s tweet about the death of Lisa’s mom, Brandi also sent out a tweet of condolences to her former friend.
“@lisavanderpump & I will always have our differences but I don’t wish this kind of kiss and pain on anyone ever. ????????????,” tweeted Brandi on July 20.

Andy Cohen also spoke out about the news. However, rather than offer a public statement, Andy was forced to defend himself against a fan who slammed him for failing to mention Lisa’s family tragedy sooner.
“Meanwhile [Andy] is too busy tweeting about his world, and not a mention about [Lisa Vanderpump] losing her mom Monday,” the Twitter user wrote in a now-deleted post, via PEOPLE. “Shame on you Andy.”
“Cathy we were in touch privately on Tuesday, but I appreciate your concern about how and when I sent my condolences,” he responded.

Andy then said that Lisa asked him not to tell anyone, and so he didn’t.
“She asked me not to mention it to anyone at all, so I respected her wishes and did not mention it on the air,” he continued. “And before you yell at me for not mentioning it tonight, I want you to know that we pre-tape our Thursday shows.”

The following day, Andy defended himself again after a fan said he should have mentioned Jean’s death during Thursday night’s show.
“Was on tape,” he explained.
