The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore did a rare joint interview with her husband Marc Daly as she also made an exciting announcement on Instagram regarding a new ambassadorship.
Given the fact that the reality star’s previous exit from RHOA came after failing to show important parts of her personal life on camera, like her secret marriage to Marc, fans were shocked to see the couple appear together on camera during the Tamron Hall show on Monday. They also brought their adorable daughter, Brooklyn.
In their segment, the new parents candidly discussed their struggle conceiving their baby, who they gave birth to in 2018. They also talked about their journey going through IVF. The Soco restaurant owner even admitted that his wife would administer the necessary shots herself since he doesn’t do well with needles.
“It’s incredibly challenging because the success rate for these treatments are very low,” said Marc as he explained the IVF treatments they were undergoing early on during their marriage.
“So, there is a lot of disappointments. Expectations,” he continued. “You have to prepare for disappointment.”
Kenya’s husband was also quick to reveal the ways in which he supported his wife during this trying period in their lives.
“Just being there, being supportive, being hopeful, being positive. Just being behind her is what it is all about,” Marc said.

Despite the difficulty, Kenya’s journey into motherhood hasn’t broken her. In her Instagram post on September 16, the Bravo star announced that she is now an ambassador for Baby Quest Foundation, an organization that gives grants to families going through the IVF process.
“So happy to announce that I am an ambassador for @babyquestgrants foundation that awards grants to families seeking help with IVF,” Kenya posted. “I am also personally sponsoring one family’s journey. Please visit #babyquest to apply or donate.”
Many of Kenya’s RHOA costars commented on the post, showing their excitement and support.
“This is awesome ????????” fellow new-mommy Porsha Williams wrote.
And Atlanta housewife Cynthia Bailey commented, “I love this Kenya????????????????????????”
RHOA fans will likely get to see more of Kenya and her journey as a mom on new episodes set to air sometime later this year or early next year on Bravo TV.
