RHOBH's Erika Jayne and Thomas Girardi Default on Property Taxes on Their Homes as Trustees Search for Their Hidden Millions, Plus is Erika Bankrupt?

Erika Jayne and her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, could be on the verge of losing their homes.

As the trustees appointed to rule over The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members’ assets prepare to sell off their belongings in hopes of repaying those who are owed funds, it has been revealed Erika and Thomas have failed to pay their property taxes.

“Breaking: Both of the Girardi properties have defaulted on their property tax. This is a bad omen as property tax is a senior lien over everything else. Trustee’s Rund and Miller need to evict [Erika Jayne] and Tom immediately and get these props up 4 sale,” attorney Ronald Richards revealed on Sunday, January 10.

In a document shared along with Ronald’s tweet, it was revealed that Erika and Thomas owe two separate payments, one in the amount of $16,716.62 and another for $15,196.92.

In a second tweet, Ronald revealed that the two appointees in charge of Erika and Thomas’ assets, as well as those of Thomas’ law firm, Girardi Keese, have retained legal representation in hopes of finding the millions of dollars Erika and Thomas owe to a number of different creditors.

“Rund is going to try and figure it where and to who [Erika Jayne] and T. Girardi moved their millions to. Miller retained SMILEY WANG-EKVALL, LLP (we will comment on this later) and Rund retained Levene, Neale, Bender, Brill & Yoo, LLP. The next thing to look 4 is…#GIRARDIFRAUD,” he shared.

In a third post, Ronald revealed that despite the involuntary bankruptcy recently brought against her estranged husband, Erika is not yet bankrupt. That said, Stillwell Madison, who sued her and Thomas in 2019 for failing to pay back $3.5 million of a $5 million loan, is still hoping to get a judgment against her.

“New lawsuit discovered against [Erika Jayne] close to adjudication. The attached report shows the only non bankrupt defendant left is Erika Jayne. The arbitrator is considering strong evidentiary sanctions. Stillwell can jump the line and target Erika Jayne if they get a judgment first. This case is in federal district court in Arizona. Report attached.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 will air on Bravo this spring.
