On her Instagram Story on Sunday, the former Vanderpump Rules cast member shared a photo of herself and her husband Jax Taylor attending Randall Emmett‘s premiere of Midnight in the Switchgrass, and she clapped back at online fans who told her she looked pregnant at the event.
“I keep seeing the comments that I look pregnant here, well guess what? I probably do -I just had a baby [three] months ago and my body is healing,” Brittany began on July 25, along with a photo of her and Jax on the red carpet.
“I’m working hard to get back in shape. Every body is different, every pregnancy is different. I’m so proud of this body, it gave me the best blessing I could ever imagine [and] on top of it all I felt great this night,” she added.
After opening up about hateful criticism she has received from Instagram trolls, Brittany received some support from her former Pump Rules castmate, Lala Kent, who reminded her that she looks absolutely fine after welcoming son Cruz Michael Cauchi in April.
“PREACH QUEEN! You created human life. [Your] body is not only beautiful, it’s amazing. YOU LOOK FINE AS HELL,” she wrote in an Instagram Story of her own.
Also on her Instagram Story over the weekend, Brittany proved she is working hard to get back in shape by sharing a photo of herself in gym clothes and a video of herself working out.
“On my way to [Sculpt by Megan] so she can kick my a–,” Brittany wrote in the caption of her photo.
Then, as she pushed a weighted sled in a video, Brittany added, “Just wait!!”
During an interview on E!’s The Daily Pop last week, Brittany opened up about her body struggles.
“It’s so stressful going through your different weight gains. I cry all the time trying on outfits because my body’s so different. I don’t know how to dress myself,” she admitted.
