Erika Jayne is worried about what recently subpoenaed, unaired footage of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will reveal.

After attorney Jay Edelson requested hundreds of hours of never-before-seen footage from the Bravo reality series as part of their ongoing lawsuit against Erika and her estranged husband Thomas Girardi, a report claims Erika is concerned that her “dirty laundry” will soon be exposed.

“This is a total nightmare for Erika,” an insider revealed in the latest issue of Us Weekly magazine. “She’s devastated that all her dirty laundry could potentially be made public.”

Meanwhile, a second source said that although the attorney has suggested Bravo is protecting Erika, they’re actually happy to hand over said footage.

“Bravo does not want to get in the way of the legal system,” the insider noted, adding that Andy Cohen is “interested in finding out the truth about Erika’s money — and how much she knew about where it was coming from as well.”

Throughout the 11th season of RHOBH, Erika, as well as the many lawsuits against her, were front and center. And, because the drama has led to stellar ratings, Bravo “loves” how everything unfolded.

“So many people are talking about this current season, and it’s been great for ratings,” the source told Us Weekly.

As the series continues to gain steam, Erika is “nervous that her own words will be used against her in court” and feels that when it comes to season 12, she has no choice but to return.

“Erika is worried about her finances,” the source explained. “Erika is worried about her words coming back to haunt her, but she has no choice since she needs the income from the show.”

Erika is “desperately trying to piece together what she may have said that could be used against her,” the insider continued. “Erika is worried about her words coming back to haunt her, but she has no choice. RHOBH is her main income now, and she needs it.”

Although Erika reportedly made $600,000 for season 11, she is expected to request a raise ahead of season 12 — and who can blame her? She’s sure to continue to be at the forefront of the series as her legal drama intensifies day by day.

“There’s no question she’s going to demand a higher paycheck next season,” a third insider added.

During recent episodes of the RHOBH reunion, Erika was seen explaining to host Andy that she didn’t quit because she had “nothing to hide.”

She also said that her salary is “of a consideration” these days and said she hoped that the victims of Thomas’ allegedly fraudulent behavior will “be made whole.”

“It’s important that people hear that from me,” she added.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion, part three, airs Wednesday, October 27, at 8/7c on Bravo.
