Khloe Kardashian is planning to reach out to Maralee Nichols, the 31-year-old personal trainer who allegedly gave birth to Tristan Thompson‘s third child on December 2, after she recovers.
According to a new report, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum wants to understand more about the relationship they had as rumors continue to swirl in regard to the supposed overlap that occurred between Tristan’s romances with her and the other woman.
“Khloe is tired of Tristan getting into situations that embarrass her and the family,” a source told Hollywood Life on December 5.“[Khloe] wants to get to the bottom of it all and wants to give him the benefit of the doubt but here we are with yet another instance where Tristan is in the news for all the wrong reasons. Khloe doesn’t know if she should be sad, happy, or indifferent right now. She hopes that it all isn’t true, and time will tell. But in the time being, she isn’t going to jump to conclusions until she has all available info.”
As fans may have heard, Maralee filed for child support prior to the birth of her son, and according to court documents, Tristan admitted that the two of them had sex in Houston in March, where he was celebrating his 30th birthday (with Khloe and their three-year-old daughter True). However, while Maralee has suggested their relationship began five months prior, in late 2020, Tristan claims they had sex just once and is demanding a paternity test be conducted.
A second source revealed Khloe wants to hear Maralee’s side of the story firsthand.
“Khloe wants to speak to Maralee asap and she is planning to reach out to her, but not until Maralee has time to heal from childbirth. She doesn’t want to confront her in any way,” the second source shared. “Khloe wants to speak to her woman to woman, mother to mother. [She] doesn’t know what to believe.”
In 2018, Tristan was caught on video cheating on a then-pregnant Khloe. And the following year, he reportedly kissed the best friend of Khloe’s youngest sister Kylie Jenner, Jordyn Woods, at a party.
“Khloe doesn’t know what to believe because Tristan is telling her that it was a one-night stand, and she is hearing that it was an affair,” the source explained. “Tristan is saying this woman just wants his money and, on the flip side of it, this woman may have just given birth to True’s sibling. At the end of the day, she and Tristan are not together because she cannot trust him. This would just be the icing on the cake.”
Tristan also shares a four-year-old son, Prince, with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.
In other Khloe Kardashian news, the longtime KUWTK star took to her Instagram Story on Sunday night, December 5, where she shared a photo of a bouquet of white and pink roses sent to her by Scott Disick, who shares three children with her older sister, Kourtney Kardashian.
“I love you [Scott Disick],” she captioned the pic. “Thank you.”
Keeping Up With the Kardashians ended in June after season 20, and the Kardashians have since turned their attention to a new Hulu series.
