RHOBH's Garcelle Beauvais Shares Update With Kyle After Drama Over Kathy Comments, Talks Erika's "Sh-tty" Behavior, Plus 'The Talk' Being Cancelled

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Garcelle Beauvais is speaking out about her recent feud with Kyle Richards.

After claiming she was “absolutely” closer to Kathy Hilton than Kyle on Watch What Happens Live last week, which prompted Kyle to reveal she was hurt by the statement and remind Garcelle that she’d only known Kathy for “two seasons on a reality show,” Garcelle is sharing what she said to Kyle after their dispute.

“[I reached out] and apologized if I hurt her feelings,” Garcelle told E! News while attending the grand opening of Lisa Vanderpump‘s Vanderpump à Paris. “I felt really bad.”

According to Garcelle, she made the comment about Kathy because she was trying to “bring it” on WWHL — and because she felt that she and Kathy had a valid friendship, despite what Kyle had to say about it.

“I’ve known her for a long time. She also co-hosted The Real for a whole week,” Garcelle clarified her since-canceled talk show with Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love, and Jeannie Mai.

“I’m so sad,” Garcelle said of the series’ end. “I feel like we were unleashed into the zeitgeist of talk shows, all women of color. We had different ideas and I’m really sad. I’ve only had two years, but that being said, I love the fact that these women were able to have eight seasons of this show, which is phenomenal.”

Moving on to her recent tiff with Erika Jayne, which was sparked after Erika threw Garcelle’s book in the trash after seeing that she used a jab she made about her legal drama (and her ability to make herself look bad) on season 12 to promote it, Garcelle slammed Erika for mistreating another woman.

“I thought it was a sh-tty thing to do,” Garcelle admitted. “A woman towards another woman. But also, I feel like the clip that I played to promote my book was part of our story. So it’s not like I made it up.”

“We’ll deal with it at the reunion,” she added.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 premieres on Wednesday, May 11, at 8/7c on Bravo.
