RHOBH's Dorit Kemsley and Husband PK Sell Beverly Hills Mansion for $7.2 Million After Multiple Price Cuts, Find Out How Much They Made

Dorit Kemsley and husband Paul “PK” Kemsley have finally unloaded their 8,679-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion.

After initially listing the property for $12.75 million in 2017, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple has sold their six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home, which hasn’t been their residence for many years, for $7.2 million, a profit of just $635,000.

According to real estate records obtained by Radar Online on April 29, Dorit and PK relisted their mansion in January of this year after enlisting the help of their co-star and friend, real estate mogul Mauricio Umansky, to help them get rid of the property once and for all.

As the outlet explained, Dorit and PK bought their home in 2016 for $6,565,000 and attempted to sell it the following year for a massive profit of $12.75 before cutting the price to $10.95 million. Later, they cut it down to $8.995 million.

Then, in 2018, after failing to find a buyer, Dorit and PK attempted to rent their mansion for $40,000 a month. But again, they were unable to make a deal. They eventually decided to list the property once again for $8.7 million, and then they made another price cut to $8.25 million.

As their real estate struggles continued, Dorit and PK attempted to rent out the home for $30,000 a month in 2020 to no avail.

One year later, in May 2021, after being briefly relisted for $7.9 million, the home was taken off the market.

As RHOBH fans well know, Dorit and PK moved out of their Beverly Hills home and into their current $6.5 million pad in Encino, which boasts six-bedrooms, 10-bathrooms, and 8,901 square feet, in 2019. And while the couple did list their home in 2020 for $9.5 million, hoping to score a quick profit of $3 million, they removed the listing in December of that same year.

“[Dorit and PK are] struggling to find the perfect home,” a source told The Sun at the time. “They are still wanting to sell but haven’t found the right property to move into, things are a bit up in the air and they need time to decide what they’re doing. They don’t just want to rush into somewhere and it’s difficult at the minute during the pandemic, but they’re ready for a fresh start and to find their forever home.”

The following year, in October 2021, Dorit was robbed at gunpoint at her Encino home by masked men who stole a reported $1 million worth of items as her kids slept.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 premieres Wednesday, May 11, at 8/7c on Bravo.
