Pump Rules' Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz Settle Divorce as Katie Requests to "Terminate" Spousal Support Amid Raquel Rumors

Vanderpump Rules star Katie Maloney has reached a settlement with Tom Schwartz six months after filing for divorce.

As Tom continues to be linked and spend time with co-star Raquel Leviss, court documents have confirmed that the former couple has come to an agreement in regard to how they will divide the assets they once shared. They are now just one step away from their split being finalized.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Katie and Tom reached a settlement with one another last week with both parties waiving claims to spousal support and confirming their split is “uncontested.” However, their divorce won’t be finalized until a judge signs off on their paperwork.

The U.S. Sun also shared details of Katie and Tom’s split, noting that it was Katie who, in a September 14 filing, requested the court “terminate forever spousal or partner support.” She also said both agreed to keep their incomes private.

Katie later filed an additional request on September 19 in regard to the “uncontested dissolution of their marriage.”

“This matter is proceeding as an uncontested action,” her paperwork stated.

According to the U.S. Sun, an insider previously said Katie opted for a split from Tom after feeling he didn’t step up as a husband. And on her podcast, You’re Gonna Love Me, Katie confirmed the breakup was her decision.

“It was my decision, which was probably the hardest and most painful decision I’ve ever had to make,” Katie explained in March. “I love Tom, and we’ve built a life together, and he was my person, but ultimately, I just wasn’t happy.”

Then, during another episode of the podcast in August, Tom revealed the two of them were still on good terms, saying, “We’re still hanging out, not in an unhealthy, exorbitant way, but we give each other space, boundaries.”

“I’m happy that we’re still close,” he added. “I think, relatively speaking, we’ve done a damn good job divorcing each other.”

But shortly after the podcast aired, Tom was accused of hooking up with Raquel, who split from former fiancé James Kennedy in late 2021. And weeks prior, while appearing on a July episode of Scheana Shay‘s Scheananigans, Tom admitted he overlooked Raquel in the past.

“I was so caught up in my own little world and I was married [to Katie],” he said. “I never took time to get to know Raquel … She was always cool. I just never really took [the] time… I never really gave her a chance.”

Vanderpump Rules season 10 is expected to premiere on Bravo later this year or in early 2023.
