Denise Richards tuned into part two of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion on Wednesday and was appalled at what she saw.
As Lisa Rinna‘s season 12 behavior took center stage, with Garcelle Beauvais calling out her potential microaggressions, Sutton Stracke suggesting she’s tired of being her punching bag, and Andy Cohen calling out her “disastrous” social media activity, Denise took to her Instagram page, where she labeled Lisa, who admitted she was actually the one who tossed Garcelle’s book in the trash, as “cruel” and “vindictive.”
“I watched [RHOBH] last night. While I have empathy for Lisa Rinna losing her mom. What is her excuse all the other years on the show for being so cruel [and] so vindictive?” Denise asked on October 20, giving a nod to the way in which Lisa excused her bad behavior by suggesting she was acting out as she struggled to cope with the death of her mother, Lois Rinna.
Denise then responded to a fan in the comments section of her post, who refused to take Lisa’s explanation of being a “work in progress,” which she made on part two of the RHOBH reunion, as a good enough excuse.
“She explained that. She’s a work in progress. Go to answer for bad behavior,” the fan had written.
“Her work in progress is calculating her next move,” Denise replied.
Meanwhile, on her own social media page, Lisa reacted to the feud Denise sparked by sharing a moment from RHOBH season 10 in which she called Denise out for requesting footage pertaining to her alleged affair with Brandi Glanville be cut from the series.
“You wanted the footage taken out,” Lisa was seen telling Denise in the scene, which she posted to her Instagram Story.
“Who told you that? Who told you that?” Denise demanded.
“Ooh, you’re so angry,” Lisa replied.
Denise appeared in a full-time role on RHOBH for seasons nine and 10 before leaving the show in September 2020 on the heels of the reveal of her supposed hookup with Brandi.
Earlier this week, after seeing a post calling for Denise and Camille Grammer to return to the show, Garcelle Beauvais, who was recently seen spending time with Denise, said, “I’m here for this!!”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 12 reunion continues with part three next Wednesday, October 26, at 8/7c on Bravo.
