Wendy Osefo‘s mom, Iyom Susan Okuzu, lashed out at Mia Thornton in a message shared on Instagram this week.
After Mia was seen throwing a drink at Wendy on The Real Housewives of Potomac, Iyom slammed her daughter’s castmate as “ugly,” both inside and out, as she summoned Holy Ghost fire against her and Peter Thomas and prompted a response from Mia.
“Well, well well! Ugly inside out!! CRATER face Mia!! A bombastic, ignorant, nonsensical, baseless, [wannabe] CEO trouble maker! You’ve bitten more than you can chew!” Iyom wrote in a post shared by Everything Housewives on Instagram. “You just messed with a ‘wrong’ Naija MamaBear baby. Oh yes, Mia you assaulted my baby Dr. Wendy. ‘Lyanga dey sleep trouble go wake am’ na wahala you dey find.’ Remember he/she who fights and [runs] away lives to fight another day.”
“To hell with Mia and Peter! Oh, yeeessss, I say HOLY GHOST FIRE on Mia and Peter, and thunderous amen,” she concluded.
After the sharing of the stern message, Mia clapped back at Wendy‘s mom, demanding she repent for her threats.
“Nigeria … Yes, I can wave the flag because it’s in my DNA, MAMA ‘na wahala you.’ But sis too busy trying to defend she never once took the time to find out we from the same land,” Mia stated, as seen in a screenshot shared by the Real Housewives Zone on Instagram. “So take your thunderous self on to the Holy Ghost Fire and repent. P.S. – My family KNOWS your family. So Tic Tok Mama, WE don’t receive threats kindly.”
But their feud didn’t end there, with Iyom continuing on with her rant against Mia in two additional posts, one of which hinted at legal action.
“Apparently you do [not] understand the definition of a threat! Uneducated classless crater face! You should be worried about physically assaulting my daughter and issue a genuine apology! As I mentioned on my earlier post, the prosecution is watching,” Iyom warned.
“You should shut up and genuinely apologize!” she continued. “You have a mouth, you should us it and NOT physically attack my daughter! FREE SPEECH Mia! Who do you think you are assaulting my daughter? Your action was seen all over the world!!”
In a Twitter post shared after the RHOP episode in which she threw her drink at Wendy, Mia admitted her actions toward Wendy were “intolerable.”
“It’s unfortunate that you all will attack my family, friends and my businesses based on an edited tv show. While I was committed to drama and entertainment I must do what’s best for brand & partners. Much love, Mia,” she wrote.
