Andy Cohen previewed a shocking moment from the upcoming fifth season of The Real Housewives of Miami on Tuesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live

While joined by guests Casey Wilson and Danielle Schneider, Andy gave viewers a look at a shocking hot mic moment in which Lisa Hochstein‘s now-estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, tells a friend that he could soon “be single” as he complained about their 12-year marriage.

“After the past few weeks, I’m officially single,” the friend, named Vito, informed the 56-year-old plastic surgeon.

“In a couple of months, I might be single, too,” Lenny replied.

And when Vito said that he had “heard there was like… issues,” Lenny confirmed his issues with Lisa, 40, were ongoing and said their marital strife had been discussed “all the time.”

“It’s the same stuff it’s always been,” he explained, saying of Lisa’s alleged outlook, “‘I do anything I want whenever I want, and you stay home, and go to work and come back.’”

Then, when Vito said he didn’t want to see the couple part ways, Lenny stated, “I do.”

In other news, the restraining order Lenny’s girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, 27, filed against Lisa, in which she accused the RHOM cast member of harassment and bullying, has been dismissed.

In court documents obtained by Page Six on December 6, Judge Ayana Harris said she found no “just cause” in the model’s petition.

“Upon review, the evidence presented is insufficient under the Florida law […] to allow the Court to issue an injunction for protection against domestic, repeat, dating or sexual violence or stalking,” her November 28 filing stated.

Following the dismissal, Lisa released a statement to Page Six.

“In July of this year, my estranged husband’s girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, filed for a Restraining Order against me based on an affidavit, containing nothing but false and fictitious accusations against me,” Lisa said, accusing Katharina of trying to “portray herself as a victim” and “vilify” her.

“Thankfully, the judge saw through her vicious lies and antics and dismissed the case,” Lisa continued.

According to Lisa, Katharina’s “unsubstantiated attempt” to obtain a restraining order against her was “nothing more than a cheap publicity stunt” and a way for Lenny to “improve his position in the divorce proceedings.”

“I am glad that my attorney, Jayne Weintraub, exposed her lying under oath and that I was fully exonerated,” she added. “Now I can focus completely without distraction, on what matters most—my children.”

Lisa and Lenny share two children, including son Logan, 7, and daughter Elle, 3.

At the time Katharina’s request was filed, Lisa told Page Six, “I am working with my attorney on a legal response to her ridiculous allegations which everyone knows are untrue.”

Although Katharina has been blamed for Lisa and Lenny’s divorce, with Lisa claiming she was “blindsided” when Lenny filed for divorce in May and immediately went public with his new relationship, Katharina has denied any such thing.

“The reality is that both Lenny and I have been separated from our spouses for a while and are both going through divorces. I was informed Lisa was fully aware that he was going out with me,” she said in May.

The Real Housewives of Miami season five begins streaming on Peacock on Thursday, December 8.
