Jennifer Aydin hosted an “Ask Me a Question” session on Monday, where she answered a series of questions from her fans and followers, many of which were in regard to The Real Housewives of New Jersey and her role on the show.
Ahead of next month’s highly-anticipated season 13 premiere, Jennifer revealed what aspect of the show is “scripted” before clapping back at a fan who wondered if she has a storyline outside of Teresa Giudice, shading Margaret Josephs and Joe Gorga, and more.
“Is the show scripted in any way??” a fan asked on January 9.
“Just the restaurants and shops we go into are all pre-approved, but the content???? That’s us,” Jennifer assured, noting, via a hashtag, that “the drama is real.”
“No shade, do you have a storyline without Teresa!?” asked another.
“Yes,” Jennifer replied. “My season [one]: setting up my brother’s marriage. My season [two]: Encouraging my mother to acknowledge her other son’s sexuality. My season [three]: My conflict with my mother by having my dad live with me. My season [four]: Sharing a painful story of infidelity.”
Jennifer then noted that her storylines on the show have gone far beyond those listed.
“I only named one storyline per season because I just don’t have enough space. No shade, but have you ever watched the show???” she asked her follower.
Someone else wanted to know if Teresa would be blamed for spreading the rumor about Melissa Gorga‘s supposed cheating on RHONJ season 13.
“Do you think Teresa will get blamed for the cheating rumor surfacing against Melissa?” they asked.
“Don’t they blame her for everything???” Jennifer responded, adding, “SMH.”
“Do you realize you’re Margaret’s storyline?” another asked.
And Jennifer agreed.
Another Instagram user posted a message about the newbies of RHONJ, Rachel Fuda and Danielle Cabral, asking, “Who are you closer with, Rachel or Danielle?”
In response, Jennifer included a photo of Danielle.
Also, on her Instagram Story, Jennifer threw a little shade at Joe, who she was involved in a drink-tossing feud with in a hotel lobby at BravoCon last October.
“How is Josephine doing??” a fan asked.
“Did you mean my mom or Joe Gorga??? I think they are both doing great!” Jennifer replied.
