The prenuptial agreement of Lisa Hochstein and her estranged husband, Lenny Hochstein, has been revealed.
Just over a year after the 57-year-old plastic surgeon filed for divorce from the Real Housewives of Miami star, 40, after 12 years marriage, details of their post-split plans and past finances were shared, including a $1.5 million payout to Lisa, as Lisa accused Lenny of failing to spend “substantive time” with their kids.
In Lisa’s court documents obtained by Page Six, she denied Lenny’s suggestion that she spends “very little time” with Logan, 7, and Elle, 3, saying that it is actually he who hasn’t been spending enough time with the youngsters.
After Lenny accused Lisa of being a “hands off” parent and claimed she pushed him during an alleged “tirade” at their $52 million Star Island mansion in Florida, the RHOM cast member noted that they’ve always had a nanny as she also said Lenny has allegedly “abused” her.
Continuing on against Lenny, Lisa said she fears for the “safety” of her and her children and has “deep concerns” about Lenny’s girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, who he went public with last spring, prior to his divorce filing.
Lenny “comes in and out of” their home but does not “dedicate any substantive time beyond these fleeting unannounced gestures,” she stated, acknowledging that she does not allow Logan and Elle to spend the night at Lenny’s current residence.
“[Lisa] fears that exposure to [Mazepa] is not in the best interests of the children,” Lisa’s attorneys said in the filing. “But importantly, [Lenny] does not truly have the time and inclination to spend overnights with the children.”
Meanwhile, Lisa, who has been dating tech entrepreneur Jody Glidden since late last year, insisted she has “always devoted herself” to being a mom and continues to act as their primary caretaker.
As Lenny continues to pay Lisa $8,000 per month in temporary support, Lisa is hoping to invalidate their prenup, which was signed on October 15, 2009.
According to a report shared by Page Six on June 26, the recently revealed prenup states that because Lisa and Lenny were married for over a decade, he has to pay her $1.5 million — and additional payments of $200,000 for each year past the decade mark.
It was also noted that Lisa should have moved out of the home within 30 days after their breakup and that Lenny has to give her $10,000 per month in temporary support if she “accepts” the petition and doesn’t argue against it, which she is doing.
In the interim, it was also required that Lenny would contribute “a minimum” of $2,000 per year to Lisa’s retirement plan and pay her $1,000 per week to “spend as she sees fit.”
The report went on to say that all gifts and jewelry given to Lisa by the surgeon should remain in her possession, including her $110,000 engagement ring.
When Lisa and Lenny tied the knot, she had $317,068 in assets while he had around $16 million.
The Real Housewives of Miami season six is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo and streaming on Peacock later this year.
