After coming across an article shared by Reality Blurb over the weekend on Instagram, the former Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shaded the RHONY star before speaking out about her firing from RHOC and her plans for the future.
In response to our article about Andy Cohen admitting that fans have turned on Leah in a way he’s never seen, Kelly sarcastically pointed out that while she’s been accused of being too conservative for the Real Housewives franchise, Leah is on the “right side of history.”
“Isn’t she on the right side of history?” Kelly asked.
After Kelly seemingly suggested that Leah should be loved by RHONY viewers due to her beliefs about today’s world, the former RHOC cast member was met with a message from a fan, who noted that the backlash Leah was facing was not political.
“[Shut the f-ck up] Kelly. Just like for you – It’s not about the politics. It’s about the fact that she’s an obnoxious brat,” the person stated.
“I was being sarcastic dumba–!” Kelly fired back.
Another Instagram user pointed out that Kelly wasn’t on the “right side of history” and still got axed from her show.
“[And you] weren’t and still got FIRED!!!” the person said.
“They did me a favor,” Kelly responded, adding that she has a number of other projects in the works.
“[I] got my own stuff brewing .. thanks babes,” she added.
A third online fan said that those who’ve come at Kelly with negativity on Instagram are simply jealous of her luxurious lifestyle.
“They’re so mad cuz you’re living the good life and they’re miserable. Love [your] Instagram, wish I could travel that much!” the person stated.
“Thank you,” Kelly replied, along with a red heart emoji.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 16 is currently in production with returning cast member Heather Dubrow, who was added to the cast lineup for the new episodes following Kelly’s exit in June.
