Vanderpump Rules stars Lala Kent and Randall Emmett couldn’t be happier to be pregnant and embarking on a new chapter together. Now, the engaged couple is putting their love to the test, answering questions about their relationship, and having a lot of fun along the way.
For Us Weekly‘s “Newly Engaged Game,” Lala and Randall discussed things like their first date, Lala’s biggest regret from Pump Rules, and who said “I love you” first.
As for that question, turns out it was Randall who made the first move, as Lala answered correctly that Randall was the first to say the three words.
“We know each other. We remember,” Lala said in the video. “The night that we baboom baboom he said it.”
The couple, who got engaged in September 2018, also answered to their biggest turn-ons and turn-offs, with Lala correctly identifying that her Midnight in the Switch Grass director beau’s working ways turns her on.
“When he’s at work, I’m like, wow!” Lala gushed.
In terms of their turn-offs, the two answered correctly in-sync with some “gross” realizations.
“It’s kind of gross,” Lala said before writing down her response. “Oh my gosh, I put when I fart!”
“When she doesn’t tickle my back or when she farts or poops,” Randall agreed as Lala laughed.
He went on to explain his reasoning, “It’s disgusting. Women are perfect in my mind. They don’t ever go to the bathroom. I live in denial. But, you’re perfect, so nothing really turns me off.”
When asked about the moment from Pump Rules Lala would take back, Randall joked that it was probably “all the embarrassing ones,” but Lala shared it was actually “body-shaming” Katie Maloney that caused her the most internal strife (something she’s expressed regret about before).
The couple ended up answering five out of the seven answers correctly and dished on their first date at TAO restaurant in New York City — something Randall has loved talking about at length.
Lala also discussed the “best gift” she was given by the film producer, detailing a “promise ring” he gave her that meant a lot.
“He gave me this ring and he was like, ‘I’m letting you know that I’m committed to you forever,'” she said in the clip. “There were some kinks that needed to be worked out, but he was letting me know that this was a real thing.”
Although Lala and Randall had to postpone their 2020 wedding date due to the coronavirus pandemic, they still seem overjoyed at the prospect of their forthcoming child, recently revealed to be a baby girl.
