Lisa Vanderpump reportedly shot “death stares” at Kyle Richards during their latest face-to-face encounter in Los Angeles.

According to a new report, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills besties were recently seated just tables apart at L.A. hotspot SHU Sushi House Unico, and an onlooker described the tension between them and said it was clear that a future reconciliation is no longer possible.

“It’s a small restaurant, so they were just a few tables apart,” an onlooker revealed to Life & Style in their December 7 issue. “Everyone was looking at them. It was like waiting for a bomb to go off.”

“You could cut the tension with a knife,” the insider added.

The source went on to say that during the ladies’ meals, Lisa was exhibiting some passive-aggressive behavior as she smartly smiled at her former RHOBH castmate and shot her mean glances.

“Lisa was smirking and shooting Kyle death stares while Kyle pretended not to notice,” the insider continued. “It’s obvious they’ll never be friends again.”

Lisa and Kyle suffered a falling out during season nine after Kyle confronted Lisa about potentially leaking a negative story about Dorit Kemsley to Radar Online. Although Lisa denied doing any such thing on a number of occasions, Kyle wasn’t convinced, and ultimately, after addressing the issue now known as “Puppy Gate” at Lisa’s Beverly Hills home, Villa Rosa, Kyle was kicked out of the mansion by Lisa and her husband, Ken Todd.

Earlier this year, amid the 10th season of RHOBH, Kyle readdressed her drama at Villa Rosa on Twitter by responding to a fan who said she had only gone to Lisa’s home in hopes of learning the truth about “Puppy Gate.”

“#FACT- [Kyle Richards] was a good friend to [Lisa Vanderpump] – she went over to the house to TRY to get the TRUTH,” the fan wrote, in part.

“Thank you,” Kyle replied.

Production on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 was recently shut down due to an outbreak of COVID-19 among the cast and crew, but it’s expected to resume soon if it hasn’t already.
