Are Katie Maloney‘s relationships with Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute “awkward” now that they’re no longer featured on Vanderpump Rules?

While appearing on Bachelor alum Nick Viall‘s podcast days ago, Katie offered updates on her relationships with the former “Witches of WeHo,” revealed when season 10 is expected to premiere, and commented on the “gross” relationship between her ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, and their co-star, Raquel Leviss.

“Sometimes I wanna not always bring up the show and talk about the show. It was a little hard at first but the’ve come around to it. We don’t always, like the three of us, hang out like we used to anymore, but I still have relationships with them both,” Katie revealed on the December 1 episode of The Viall Files. “Things have changed quite a bit, but I wouldn’t say it’s awkward. They’ve moved on.”

As for whether or not she believes they could return, Katie wasn’t sure.

“I think the show has changed so much, and their lives have changed so much, especially Stassi, that who knows? But I don’t think it would make the most sense, and I don’t know how they would feel about it at this point,” Katie explained.

For now, the Pump Rules cast has remained the same. And soon, fans will be getting a new set of episodes.

Vanderpump Rules will be back soon… sometime in February, I believe,” Katie teased.

As fans have surely heard, Katie faced plenty of drama amid season 10 due not only to her divorce from Tom, but also Tom’s relationship with Raquel, which reportedly began amid a trip to Mexico for Scheana Shay and Brock Davieswedding in August. And, while she and Raquel haven’t spoken recently, Katie confirmed a lot went down on camera.

“We did a lot of talking this past summer. That’s why I felt a little disrespected,” she explained.

Katie also spoke to Tom about his alleged fling with Raquel.

“There’s a lot of theories about what went down and how it went down or what exactly happened and what people think about me and my thoughts and opinions on it, and whether or not I should have any thoughts or opinions on it, but it’s just, how it…. how everything kind of played out that just felt really gross to me,” Katie admitted.

But that’s not to say she has a problem with her friends who’ve remained close with Raquel — like her sandwich shop partner Ariana Madix.

“Be friends with who you want. For me, respect is always the most important thing, so as long as your friendship with her doesn’t affect our friendship,” Katie stated. “If you’re still able to have respect for me, and I feel like our friendship isn’t really being impacted by your relationship with someone, then be friends with who you want.”

As for her “fangirl” diss, Katie stands by what she said about Raquel after seeing her in a TomTom sweatshirt at BravoCon.

“I didn’t even think so much about it. I just thought it was a funny thing to say. There’s nothing wrong with being a fan, but I just felt like it’s a bit much,” she revealed. “It was a little over the top.”

Also, on the show, Katie admitted that not everyone is always real on camera.

“I think some people are a little more image-conscious when we’re filming, and they wanna maybe try to self-produce a little bit,” she said. “[But] I’m not giving names because I don’t want to create a war.”
