Marlo Hampton appeared on Sunday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she shaded her co-star, Kandi Burruss, for keeping “so much” of her life off The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

As she offered comments about Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s split and Sheree Whitfield‘s controversial romance with Martell Holt, Marlo threw some shade at Kandi’s friendship with Kenya Moore, offered an update on the home she was building last season, and said her nephews were doing “great.”

“Everything’s going great … We just celebrated Mother’s Day,” Marlo said on the May 21 episode of WWHL after being asked about her nephews, who she’s been caring for in recent years. “The boys are great. Michael is straight A’s. William is William and being a little Auntie Marlo Jr.”

During Sunday night’s episode of RHOA, Marlo was seen lashing out about a shooting at Kandi’s restaurant. And after Andy Cohen admitted he didn’t understand why she was so upset, she explained why she was so “triggered” by the situation.

“Before the end of the episode, [Drew Sidora] had mentioned an incident at Kandi’s place. So I’m sitting there, like, ‘Why are you saying incident?’ It was a shooting. It was on the news. It was all over the world. And it was your nephew and what you didn’t know is that I had a nephew who was also shot that used to work for Kandi within the same year, so, Andy, it just triggered me,” she explained. “It was the shooting, it was her nephew, it was my nephew, and at the time, I reached out to Kandi. I talked to her two days later. I taped at her home. She didn’t acknowledge it. To me, I just wanted some condolences like, ‘Hey, I’m sorry. Can I send flowers?’”

Also on the show, Kenya suggested Martell’s tone was disrespectful and a red flag.

“She should just be happy for Sheree,” Marlo said in response. “At the end of the day, just be happy, enjoy it. He’s fine. I don’t think Sheree’s trying to get married. She probably just wants some good wood and just to see somebody nice-looking.”

Kenya has been quite vocal against Martell, even bringing up a DM she allegedly received from him prior to the start of his relationship with Sheree.

“It’s not an issue. Who cares if he DMed you? He’s DMing Sheree now and D-ing Sheree now, so it doesn’t matter. That was two years ago. Get over it, girl,” Marlo noted.

On the WWHL: After Show, Marlo was asked if she reached out to Kim since learning of her split from Kroy.

“I have not reached out to her,” she confirmed. “The last time I saw her was in the airport. [But] every time we see each other it’s nothing but love.”

“It’s awful to hear the news of them getting a divorce. I was super surprised. I was. I was super surprised. So only thing I can say there, that’s like, God, [a] whole bunch of prayers are needed, and a CPA is needed. That’s it,” she continued.

Meanwhile, back on the live broadcast, Marlo admitted that the home fans saw her building on RHOA season 14 is no longer in the works.

“It didn’t work out,” she shared. “I was building it, and now I’m trying to get my money back. I didn’t buy the land. The land was gonna be in the contract. I put a hefty deposit down so the builder agreed to give a certain amount back. I will still have a new house, but it just won’t be built by that builder or on that property.”

“He better give me money back,” she added.

Then, after stating that Kandi should “absolutely” defend Todd Tucker better against Mama Joyce, Marlo answered a question about who she believes Kandi feels is her most loyal friend on RHOA.

“Me,” she laughed before saying, “Kenya — and they’re not even real friends.”

As for Kandi’s apparent refusal to share her true life on the show, Marlo accused her of keeping “everything” under wraps.

“But it seems like everything does come up,” Andy reasoned.

“It does not, though,” Marlo replied. “It’s so much. It’s what Kandi wants to come up, and if she doesn’t want it to come up, just pay attention to how she looks at everyone or how everyone’s scared to say it or they get to mumbling.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 15 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
