Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas are getting ready to move into their $3.35 million mansion in New Jersey.

Months after the couple purchased the seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home, boxes were seen arriving to the newly-remodeled estate as the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, her boyfriend, and her builder and design team began documenting the move on Instagram.

On October 8, an insider told Page Six that Teresa and Luis’ home is a “Beverly Hills-style mansion in New Jersey” and is “absolutely breathtaking.”

“They paid significant attention to detail,” the insider continued, adding that the moving process is a “huge undertaking” for the RHONJ couple.

On Thursday, after boxes were dropped off at the estate, a couple of social media posts were shared, one of which said “it takes a village.”

Teresa and Luis, whose allegedly troubled past was a hot topic amid filming on RHONJ season 12, purchased the home in January as a “business investment” and two months later, in March, Teresa found a seller for her $2.2 million six-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom home in Montville.

“It’s hard for me to sell the house,” Teresa admitted on an episode of season 11. “[Joe Giudice] and I built the house together; we raised our four daughters in that home. [But] I am ready for a new beginning. I’m looking for a fresh start.”

Teresa finalized her divorce from Joe, the father of her four daughters, Gia, 20, Gabriella, 17, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 12, in September 2020 after 20 years of marriage. Two months later, Teresa went public with her romance with Luis, who is a dad of two sons.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, Teresa and Luis enlisted the help of the Fratantoni family, who own a design-build firm and an interior design branch, to update their 7,728-square-foot mansion, which boasts a home theater, an exercise facility, a rec room, a resort-style pool, and more.

Among the renovations were an updated kitchen, with white countertops and black cabinetry, and new carpeting in the foyer.

In April of this year, while appearing on Watch What Happens Live, Teresa denied having plans to move in with Luis.

“Um, no — not at all,” Teresa responded. “It’s an investment property, so we’ll see where it goes from there.”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 12 began filming in June and wrapped in September. No word yet on an official premiere date for the new episodes.
