Tamra Judge put her former bestie, Shannon Beador, on blast during a podcast appearance over the weekend.
Days after Shannon accused Tamra of lying about their feud and said she had no interest in reconnecting with her, the former Real Housewives of Orange County cast member slammed Shannon for mistreating her production team, accused her of acting like a “victim” amid their feud, and reacted to her reconciliation with Kelly Dodd.
“[Shannon is a] nightmare. [She’s] controlling, tries to produce, has fits, yells at them, calls them in the middle of the night, screams, those kinds of things,” Tamra revealed during the October 17 episode of Poplitically Incorrect, describing her behavior as that of a “diva.”
While Tamra and Shannon were quite close for many years, they suffered a falling out earlier this year as Shannon made amends with Kelly. However, according to Tamra, it wasn’t Shannon’s renewed friendship with Kelly that ended their friendship.
“I’m not mad at all about that. I’m mad that she just dumped me,” Tamra explained.
Like Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra believes Shannon’s reconciliation with Kelly is “bullsh*t” and “fake,” and that Shannon only made up with Kelly to prevent Kelly from targeting her on RHOC season 15.
“Everybody is afraid of [Kelly]. So if you get on her bad side, she’ll go after your kids, your business, your husband. There’s no boundaries with her and Bravo can’t stop her,” Tamra noted.
As for Shannon’s recent comments regarding her falling outs with Tamra and Vicki, Tamra said Shannon is being “calculated” and attempting to change the narrative.
“The only thing I said [in the media] is that she just stopped talking to me. Every time I called her she’d send me to voicemail. Now you have to understand, this is a friendship I had throughout the years where we would talk multiple times a day. And I helped her out. Was it annoying sometimes? Yeah, it was, because she is very, very needy. And I would take her phone calls in the middle of the night. There was just so much that went on and so much that I did to help. And when I was down and out and she was sending me to voicemail all the time, I’m just like, ‘Wow, this really says a lot,’” Tamra recalled.
After Tamra went public with her story of abandonment against Shannon earlier this year, Shannon sent her an angry text.
“She texted me and said, ‘Wow, Tamra! You could at least text me or picked up the phone,’” Tamra shared.
“Everybody wanted to know, ‘What did Shannon do?’ I’m like, ‘She just stopped talking to me.’ And she can twist it any way she can, but she’s not exactly coming up with an answer,” Tamra continued. “She just says, ‘Oh no, that’s just their truth, that’s not true. Oh why would I do that.’ Well, why would you do it? She’s a master manipulator. She’s a professional victim is what she is.”
Moving on to her other former co-star, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, Tamra said she experienced heavy drinking from the mother of seven, who revealed she is an alcoholic during the premiere episode of RHOC season 15 last week, on a number of occasions.
“When we were in Miraval, [Braunwyn] drank all night long. She was up all night long drinking. And then she showed up the last day with a bottle of tequila or vodka in her purse in the morning,” Tamra recalled. “And she admitted that she had been drunk all night long and didn’t sleep.”
“On the way home from one of our trips she literally passed out on some passenger’s lap on the flight. And we thought, ‘Oh my god, she really drinks a lot,’” she added.
While Tamra recently hung out with Braunwyn, they didn’t chat about the new season.
“I didn’t want to ask and she didn’t want to tell me. She did say, and she’s said it in the press as well, that she’s not speaking to anybody on the cast … And I really felt bad for her because I don’t know what happened to make them do that,” Tamra said. “And I told her, ‘Just know that when the whole cast is against one person, it usually makes the rest of the cast look like a**holes.’ They could have the best reasoning in the world but it really makes them look like bullies.”
Despite the drama, Tamra said Braunwyn doesn’t seem too bothered by her current estrangement from her castmates.
“She doesn’t seem like she cares which is great. And I feel like she’s got a new lease on life and she’s happy and she’s surrounded herself with people that make her happy, and I think that’s probably the best thing for her,” Tamra stated.
